Ralph Endres has been working for expatpartners ag since March 1, 2011 and is Managing Partner since January 1, 2013. After studying business administration at the FH, he began his insurance career in 1992 at the Swiss Life Network. He started out as an Account Executive. In this capacity, he advised international companies headquartered in Western Switzerland and France on international personal insurance solutions (Employee Benefits Pooling, Plans for Third Country Nationals, etc.). In 1997 he became Sales Manager for the Scandinavian countries, and in 2001 Vice Director and Member of the Management Team at the Swiss Life Network. He headed the Swiss team (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ) as well as the Mediterranean/South team (France, Spain, South Africa). During his time at the Swiss Life Network, he also organised and chaired international conferences, built up the Representative Office in Copenhagen and continuously extended his knowledge and expertise.

On September 1, 2006, he moved to SWICA, a leading Swiss health insurer, as Regional Manager for the corporate business (KTG, UVG, UVGZ as well as collective health insurance agreements). In this capacity, he led a team of about fifty employees handling sales, actuarial practice, care management and claims settlement in the Zurich economic region.

Mr. Endres is fluent in German, English and French.
